Dr. Omotunde, S. Adebayo has a B.A degree in English and Literary Studies from Ondo State University ( now EKSU) in 1995; a Master of Arts ( M.A) degree in English from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko in 2008 and a Ph.D degree in English  in 2015 with specialisation in Pragmatics from Ekiti State University. He assumed duty in the Department on the 2^nd   of April, 2012 as an Assistant Lecturer. He is currently a Senior Lecturer. He teaches courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Department. He has over thirty papers published in reputable national and international outlets. He has served the Faculty and the Department in various capacities. He is currently the Acting Head of Department.
